day sixtyfive

There's something wonderful about Sunday night. I can feel the promise of the upcoming week. All the things that I think I could have done better last week I get the chance to... do better. Sunday night lets you plot out the perfect week. I'll do this and I'll do that and then I might even do the other thing. Even if you don't get to it, there's still a Sunday night coming up next week where you get to plan a fresh week all over again.

Yes, the promise of Sunday night. Now... I'll wake up tomorrow and it will be Monday morning. Somehow the promise of Sunday night needs to translate into the actions of Monday morning (and Tuesday and Wednesday ... ). So this week's goal is to try to fufill those promises. Drink the water, eat the (right) food, exercise and maybe forgive myself a little if I don't get it exactly right.
