Not too much on my mind today. I opened my fridge when I got home and was struck by a) how full it is and b) how healthy the stuff in there is. For years I lived with a fridge full of alcohol and condiments. It's strange to me now that I can actually come home, open the fridge, go to my well stocked spice cupboard and make a dinner. This is seriously grown uppy stuff.
I don't need to lose 50 lbs anymore... now I need to lose 36. That takes some of the pressure off :)
Looking forward to my two days off and kind of loafing. (and maybe some yardwork) but mostly loafing...
