Spring certainly sprung here in Hamilton today. Glorious !!
A dear friend who lives far away is in town for a little while so we caught up today. I invited her here for dinner and she said, hey if it's nice on Monday shall we grab Vito and go for a walk? Monday came and it was indeed nice. A gorgeous walk along the waterfront trail from Bayfront to Princess Point and back again. Couldn't have asked for a better day! Dinner was yummy and the conversation delightful. Honestly can't think of a better way to end my days off.
Looking forward to moving up one on my Leslie Sansone DVD's (4 fast miles) and tomorrow heralds a return to the pool. Life - she is good :)
