What a glorious day today!!! All that sunshine... yippee. Had a wonderfully productive and rejuvenating day. Cleaned my poor house and did a couple loads of laundry. Yes, I actually found that fun :)
Managed to sneak in 2 waterfit classes and hope to do the same tomorrow. Also tomorrow wants to be a cooking day so I'm gonna try REAL HARD to make that happen.
Got to do a fun thing tonight which was catch up with my friend who is also on the journey. Lots of chatting about this and that but one thing that stays with me is the idea that this process is somehow made a great deal easier this time cuz of all the support. Her for me, me for her, all kinds of people I can name. I think the important thing we've done this time is reach out for the support. Sometimes before, it felt like it was necessary to do this alone: it was all willpower and inner strength. Reaching out this time and asking people to help me is the smartest thing I could've done!!
